Question 1

What do you actually do?

Accepted Answer

I run Otomatic Digital, where I build AI systems for service businesses. I also started Loopself with a co-founder, an AI journaling app, and mentor founders through Inner City Enterprise in Dublin. The Loopself journal is on Amazon while we rebuild the app.

Question 2

Is Otomatic separate from your personal content?

Accepted Answer

Otomatic is the business. This site is me. I use the content to show what I am building and learning, not to run a company feed. If you need the work done, hire Otomatic. If you want to see how I am doing it, follow the content.

Question 3

Can I hire you for automation work?

Accepted Answer

Yes. That's what Otomatic does: automation builds, AI training, and systems audits for service businesses. Email me with what you're trying to fix, I'll tell you if it's a fit.

Question 4

How do I book a workshop?

Accepted Answer

Email me. I run half-day and full-day AI workshops for teams through Otomatic. Tell me your team size and what you want them to walk away knowing, and I'll sort the rest.

Question 5

Is your Instagram content free?

Accepted Answer

Yes, all of it. I post what I'm building and learning across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and X, no paywall, no course behind it.

Question 6

Do you do 1:1 coaching or consulting calls?

Accepted Answer

I don't run those as a separate service. Direct time with me happens through Otomatic, a systems audit or a workshop. Email me and we'll figure out which fits.

Question 7

What tools do you use day to day?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the business. I do not force the same stack onto everyone because the tools have to fit how the team already works. Claude Code is what I use to build sites and apps.

Question 8

What is Loopself?

Accepted Answer

An AI journaling app for anyone trying to understand their own patterns. You write, it reads it back to you and picks up on what keeps coming up. I started it in April 2025 with a co-founder. The app is being rebuilt right now, so the quarterly journal on Amazon is the version you can buy today.

Question 9

What did you study?

Accepted Answer

A masters in project management. It is not a computer science degree and I have never pretended it was. It taught me how to run a project that has a budget, a deadline and people on it, which turns out to be most of the job.

Question 10

How do I reach you for a collab?

Accepted Answer

Email. That's the route for collabs, workshops, or anything Otomatic-related.

For collabs, speaking, or a straight-up hello.
